Step 1:
Remove the lid and unscrew the attachment. Fill the bottle with up to 380 ml of water and close it with the bottle neck. This can be closed when extended. You can also close the bottle manually using the small regulator.

Step 2:
Position the bottle in the direction of the area you want to clean.​

Step 3:
Now simply press down. From the first application you will get a feeling for how much pressure is comfortable for you.

Cleaning instructions:
We recommend that you clean the bottle by rinsing it with lukewarm water and neutral soap. Then disinfect the neck of the bottle.
Please do not boil the bottle. This can cause material damage.

You can completely disassemble the bottle for cleaning or transport, make it smaller, leave the lid on and transport it in the bag provided.

Our midwife tip:
Depending on your preference, you can also mix the water with a wound-healing tincture or perineal bath salt.
