Shipping and conditions

Your MyClarella products and kits will be shipped insured within Germany with DHL GoGreen. We ship worldwide on request. If you would like us to ship to non-European countries, please contact us in advance by email: support@myclarella.com

Your parcel will leave our warehouse between 2-5 working days after receipt of your order. As soon as the parcel has been handed over to the parcel service, we will send a shipping confirmation with tracking number and link by e-mail. Delivery in Germany usually takes place within 2-5 working days.

Please note that unexpected delays may occur after shipment from stock, over which MyClarella has no control and for which MyClarella is not responsible.

In the event of a return or exchange, the buyer bears the return shipping costs. If a return label has been created by our shipping service provider Hive Technologies GmbH, we reserve the right to deduct the incurred costs of 5 euros from the refund amount.

In the event of a partial revocation where the minimum order limit for a free return is not reached, we reserve the right to deduct the return costs incurred in the event of a partial revocation from the amount to be refunded.

Shipping to Switzerland

The following information applies in particular to our Swiss customers: Deliveries to Switzerland and the countries assigned to Switzerland for VAT purposes are processed via an intermediary, Mein Einkauf GmbH. Mein Einkauf GmbH ensures proper customs clearance and invoicing. Deliveries are made fully duty paid at the final price stated in the store; no additional import duties are payable on delivery.

Customs duties & taxes

International orders (deliveries outside the EU) may be subject to import duties and taxes once the order reaches its destination country. These potential additional charges are not covered or refunded by MyClarella. As import duties and taxes vary from country to country, we recommend that you contact your local customs office for more information before placing your order.
