Step 1:
Put the granules in the middle of your pad. Without removing it from its packaging, fold the pad downwards until you hear the contents of the bag "crack". If it doesn't work from one side, turn the pad over and try from the other side.

Step 2:
Gently shake the pad to start the cooling provess (no longer than 5 seconds). The granlate should slowly liquefy.

Step 3:
Remove packaging and adhesive strips and place them in your panties.
Make sure that no liquid leaks out of the pad!
