Lieferzeiten

Die Lieferzeiten für unseren versicherten Versand variieren je nachdem in welches Land wir liefern. Eine Auflistung unserer Liefergebiete und Versandkosten findest du in der folgenden Tabelle:

Bitte beachte, dass nach Versand ab Lager unerwartete Verzögerungen auftreten können, auf die MyClarella keinen Einfluss hat und für die MyClarella nicht verantwortlich ist. 

Im Falle einer Retoure oder eines Umtausches trägt der Käufer die Rücksendungskosten. Sollte ein Retourenlabel über unseren Versanddienstleister Hive Technologies GmbH erstellt worden sein, behalten wir es uns vor die entstandenen Umkosten von 5 Euro dem Erstattungsbetrag abzuziehen.

Im Falle eines Teilwiderrufs bei dem die gesetzte Mindestbestellgrenze für eine kostenfreie Hinsendung unterschritten wird, behalten wir es uns vor, die entfallenen Hinsendungskosten im Falle eines Teilwiderrufes von dem zu erstatteten Betrag abzuziehen.

Versand in die Schweiz

Für unsere Schweizer Kunden gilt folgender Hinweis insbesondere: Lieferungen in die Schweiz und der im umsatzsteuerlichen Sinne der Schweiz zugeordneten Länder werden über einen Zwischenhändler, die Mein Einkauf GmbH, abgewickelt. Die Mein Einkauf GmbH stellt die ordnungsgemäße Verzollung und Rechnungslegung sicher. Die Lieferung erfolgt vollständig verzollt zum im Shop genannten Endpreis, bei Lieferung fallen keine zusätzlichen Einfuhrabgaben an.

Zölle & Steuern

Internationale Bestellungen (Lieferungen außerhalb der EU) können Einfuhrzöllen und Steuern unterliegen, sobald die Bestellung ihr Zielland erreicht. Diese potentiellen Zusatzgebühren werden nicht von MyClarella übernommen oder erstattet. Da Einfuhrzölle und Steuern von Land zu Land variieren, empfehlen wir dir, dich vor der Bestellung an dein zuständiges Zollamt zu wenden, um weitere Informationen zu erhalten.

Shipping and conditions
Your products and kits from MyClarella will be shipped within Germany with DHL GoGreen. We ship worldwide on request. If you wish a shipment to non-European countries, please contact us beforehand via e-mail: support@myclarella.com.

Your package will leave our warehouse usually 1 business day after we receive your order. As soon as the package has been handed over to DHL, we will send a shipping confirmation with tracking number and link via e-mail. Delivery in Germany usually takes between 1-3 business days.


Delivery times
The delivery times for our insured shipping vary depending on the country we ship to. A list of our delivery areas and shipping costs can be found in the following table:

Please note that after shipping, unexpected delays may occur over which MyClarella has no control and for which MyClarella is not to be held responsible.

In the event of a return or exchange, the customer shall pay the return shipping costs. If a return label has been created via our shipping service provider Hive Technologies GmbH, we reserve the right to charge 5 euros for the costs of the return to the refund amount.

In the event of a partial return in which the minimum order limit for a free shipment is not reached, we reserve the right to deduct the costs of shipment from the amount to be refunded in the event of a partial return.

Shipping to Switzerland 

The following information applies in particular to our Swiss customers: Deliveries to Switzerland and the countries assigned to Switzerland in terms of sales tax are processed via an intermediary, Mein Kauf GmbH. Mein Kauf GmbH ensures proper customs clearance and accounting. The delivery is fully duty paid at the final price stated in the shop, no additional import duties are incurred upon delivery.

Duties & Taxes 

International orders (shipments outside the EU) may be subject to import duties and taxes once the order reaches its destination country. These potential additional charges are not covered or refunded by MyClarella. As import duties and taxes vary from country to country, we recommend you to contact your local customs office for more information before placing an order.
