How many reusable nursing pads do I need?
The amount of breast milk leaking can vary a lot, but in order to be able to change them regularly and hygienically, we recommend at least 6 pairs (2 packages).
How often should I change the nursing pads?
The length of use varies from person to person. However, you should change your nursing pads at least once a day to prevent inflammation.
How do I wash the nursing pads properly?
The nursing pads can be easily washed at 40°C in the washing bag provided. We recommend letting the pads air dry and only putting them in the dryer at a very low heat.
