In this case, the absorbency and size of normal pads or period underwear are not sufficient. Our postpartum pad is still extra soft and breathable thanks to the first layer made of organic cotton. Its extra strong absorbency guarantees you leakage protection of up to 350 ml.

Wash your hands and take the pad out of the packaging. Peel off the adhesive strip and then place it in your underwear.

You should change the pad every three to five hours, depending on the severity of your bleeding.

How many inserts do I need?
Since the bleeding is very heavy at the beginning, we recommend at least 2 packs.

How often should I change the pad?
We recommend changing the pad every 3-5 hours. If your bleeding is heavier, adjust the change time accordingly. This can happen more frequently, especially in the first two days.

How much blood does the pad absorb?
Our MyClarella extra strong postpartum pad absorbs up to 350 ml of blood. Ordinary pads absorb between 50-100 ml.
