Since it contains raspberry leaves, it is recommended to consume it in moderation: max. 3 cups per day.
Likewise, you should only take it during pregnancy from the 37th week of pregnancy to prepare for birth and after consulting your midwife.

Pour gently simmering water (70°C) over the tea. The herbal tea should brew for about 5-8 minutes. It is best to cover the tea while it is brewing so that the oils and herbs do not escape. Honey and lemon go well with it.
