This tea offers a diverse taste experience, from refreshing to aromatic. The lemon balm leaves give the tea a citrus freshness, while the honeybush tea provides a natural sweetness.

Since it is a herbal tea, it is recommended to consume it in moderation: 3 cups a day are enough. If you have any further questions, please clarify your individual situation with your midwife.

Pour gently simmering water (100°C) over the tea. The herbal tea should brew for about 5-8 minutes. It is best to cover the tea while it is brewing so that the oils and herbs do not escape. Honey and lemon go well with it.
