Since the tea does not contain any caffeine, it is a real allrounder during your pregnancy. With its mild, slightly fresh note, it ensures pleasant moments of well-being!

You can enjoy our tea both hot and cold. As it is an herbal tea, it is recommended to consume it in moderation: 3 cups a day is enough. Enjoy, Mom!

Preparation:

Pour gently simmering water (100°C) over the tea. The herbal tea should brew for 5-8 minutes. It is best to cover the tea while it is brewing so that the oils and herbs do not escape. Honey and lemon go well with it.
